What if my patients have illnesses not listed?
It is fine if some health conditions are not listed. We have developed our own parameters.
What is the form of the award?
It is a framable diploma type award. Once we receive your submission, you will have a option to upgrade to a glass display
Why do I have to pay $350?
Our project is funded by its participants. With out the financial donations we would not be able to do the project.
Can I get my profile uploaded to the Dental Research Foundation website ?
Yes you can. This is a additional cost, but you will be given that option after your award has been given out.
Is there any type of refund once I have submitted?
No
What if I have under or over 50 patients?
Anything over 50 is fine, but under 50 will have to be reviewed.
